Anil Kapoor Congratulates Sanam Teri Kasam Team On Its Success, Says ‘Film Has Already Won Hearts’
Sanam Teri Kasam has been winning hearts as it has already surpassed its previous records.
Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane starrer Sanam Teri Kasam has finally been re-released in theatres. The film has been getting an overwhelming response, surpassing its previous records. Many celebrities including John Abraham have congratulated the team. Anil Kapoor has also reacted and sent best wishes to the team.
Taking to his Instagram stories, Anil Kapoor shared the film’s poster and wrote, “Congratulations to @deepakmukut and the entire Sanam Teri Kasam team on its re-release! The film has already won hearts, and its success is truly well-earned. Wishing @harshvardhanrane, @mawrellous, @sohamrockstrent, @hunarmukut, and everyone involved even more milestones ahead!" Other than Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane, the movie stars Anurag Sinha, Manish Chaudhari, Murli Sharma, Vijay Raaz, Shraddha Das and Sudesh Berry in key roles.

When Sanam Teri Kasam was first released in 2016, it made just Rs 9 crore. However, according to Sacnilk, the re-release has surprised everyone by collecting Rs 30.85 crore so far and it is expected to earn even more. The movie is now the second highest earning re-release in India, just behind last year’s hit Tumbbad, which made about Rs 32 crore. It has also surpassed Thalapathy Vijay’s Ghilli and Ranbir Kapoor’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani records.
On the work front, Anil Kapoor will be next seen in Subedaar. The film is a gripping tale of resilience, redemption, and complex human relationships, set against the backdrop of India’s heartland. Fans were left intrigued with his gritty first look.
