Please help
New update is making my hoover stay on 14 % battery even though it is fully charged. The battery is brand new so it must be software. Please fix it my hoover was a gift and it’s not working
Rubbish
I can not make an account on it. Made one on the website and still says account not exist. Shame as the vac is not working properly as can’t set it up. OKP SORT THIS OUT
